KBD Estate – Review: Ukrainian Developers and Builders
KBD.estate is a development company that entered the market in 2016. At that time, the management planned to build in the Pechersky district of the capital and began with the already well-known office center KBD.house B4.
History of the company
Over time, the geography of the company expanded somewhat and covered other areas of the city. Now the company “took out” business-class standards from the center – and began construction of Pusha.house in Pushcha-Voditsa and KyivSea near the Kiev Sea. The company now has 9 projects, one half of which has been completed, and the other is under construction.
According to the company’s management, they understand how volatile the present is and how important it is to feel the needs of the client. Therefore, it is limited not only to construction, but also carries out work to improve the territory, creating an ecosystem for a comfortable and high-quality life.

Today a professional team of architects, designers and managers is working on many projects and many have already been implemented.
For example, there are projects that are currently under construction. These include the Club House for 35 apartments, hidden on a quiet Bolsunovskikh street, which is 5 minutes from the Grishko Botanical Garden.
On 10 floors of the building, there are apartments ranging from 35 to 200 m2 with various layouts. The underground parking is designed for 30 parking spaces and 8 garage boxes. For guests, there is also a separate place where you can leave your car.
Pusha house – Located in the very heart of Pushcha-Vodice, Pusha house will be the first business-class house here. Taking into account all the possible infrastructural difficulties, we created our ecosystem right here – so you will not need to spend time buying groceries, dine at a restaurant or go to a workout. The first two floors are completely commercial.
KBD.house – The location of KBD.house speaks for itself. Bolsunovskikh Street is located in the center of the business capital, but at the same time close to cozy squares and parks. The nearest green area is the Grishko Botanical Garden, which can be reached in 5 minutes.
General education, music and sports schools, kindergartens, a swimming pool, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance.
The list of already implemented and completed projects includes the Cottage Town on the Kiev Sea. The area of households is from 175 to 300 m2, with plots of land from 6 to 22 acres.
